The NYHC legend passed away on December 27th from heart attack. Carl Griffin, fronted New York City hardcore/punk outfit THE ICEMEN for several years and did time in New York hardcore band DYNAMO.

This band is a huge inspiration to us, from our name to our music. Carl the Mosher was a huge inspiration to many from shaping dance styles to his words, although we did not know him personally we are saddened by his passing. Do your selves a favor and spin some Icemen or Dynamo records this week. Watch some videos, experience the style of one of the greats. Rest in Peace.
