KEHLVIN – “Whip This” video and more news from the band’s camp

April 21, 2012
1 min read

KEHLVIN have premiered a music video for their song “Whip This”.

Here’s more news on KEHLVIN:

4 years of silence and finally the light… or the darkness : progressive-hardcore Swiss act Kehlvin is back with a brand new album called “The Orchard of forking paths”, available right now on CD through the almighty Division Records (ASIDEFROMADAY, Dirge, Lost Sphere Project, Unfold, YOG…).

After an acclaimed first album (“The moutain daylight time”), a collaborative split with the doomcore devil creature Rorcal (“Ascension”) and the terrific subsequent EP “Holy Cancer”, we find the band diving ways further in its own personal musical approach and thus developing unexpected schemes which give birth to an original vision of how heavy music should sound.

With this new release, Kehlvin is surely one of the most exciting post-hardcore returns of 2012. You definitely don’t want to miss that! Need a proof? Ok, so you can have an hear on the track “Troy Von Balthazar”, extracted from “The orchard of forking paths” there.

Besides, a 12” LP re-edition of the “Holy Cancer” EP CD/DVD is still on the way.

Kehlvin full discography available here.

Next shows:
04.21.2012 – Impetus Festival (France) with Napalm Death, The Hellbats & Justice Yeldham
05.04.2012 – Bikini Test (Switzerland) with Rorcal & When Icarus Falls
