Atmospheric post metallic hardcore band ROWENA streaming new record

June 9, 2016
1 min read

It’s been 3 months since the premiere of their debut EP and I’m so happy ROWENA have just reached out to take a listen and share it through IDIOTEQ. “Funebre” is one of these records that push the genre in a more experimental, or even celestial direction and taking the listener beyond the world as we know it. The band seems to prove their intelligent foresight and careful planning, leading to a perfect energy and subtlety balance. This breathtaking EP finds ROWENA in a great starting place and hopefully will catapult them to the upper reaches of the experimental hardcore scene. Play it and appreciate it. One of the best post rockish screamo / post hardcore records in 2016 is right here.
